- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will say that this is my very first review that I have actually taken the time to write.. I have been a State Farm customer my entire life, in two different states and I have never had a problem in the past, at the end of last year there were some major issues that occurred with my account and the customer service was extremely inadequate. I was very disappointed in Chelsea and her team, I think this disappointment is similar to other reviews I have read on here. I wish them the best but I switched companies and I am now saving almost $1,000 on my premium every 6 months. I hope others have a different experience than I did.
