  Let's start out by saying the lady was 20 mins late for my appointment. Now I do hair, so I know the importance of being on time! She typed suuuuper slow which make my 45 min appointment turn into 1.5 hr I was there. After starting she didn't know how to spell STYLIST. You have got to be kidding me. The final straw was when she made a VERY inappropriate comment about my life that was none of her business or place to say. NEVER go here. I am so frustrated and it was very expensive to top it all off. Thanks for nothing.

  This place is the definition of a incompetencey!! Filed my taxes the agent that helped me was very unprofessional. I went a month without getting my taxes back so I called to see if there was an issue. I talked to the same guy that helped me and he forgot to actually submit them!!! The worst part is that he is the manager of the branch!!! They then took an extra $100.00 out of my return and won't return it because I said I wasn't coming back to file with them!!! This place and company is a complete joke!! My dog is more efficient than this terrible excuse for a business! I found your "billion" america, it's money that this company "accidentally" takes from your taxes. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!! Unless you want to see how not to run a business
