- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer services, worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes. I brought in my w2, did all the paper work went a month without a return. Called the manager (who was the same person that "filed" my taxes) and he forgot to actually submit the paperwork!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL!!!By Caleb Gilkey, October 09, 2016
