  They don't want business. I tried to go open an account with ID, bills in my name, cards in my name and they wouldnt open an account. Completely unbelievable. I've never been denied to open an account anywhere at any bank. Thanks sharika!

  Have been a member of Heritage Trust since 1999. Have known Sabrina, Holly & Ashley in the West Ashley branch for years now. They always help me out when I need something for a "financial project". Only issue I ever had in 17 years was with their Billpay customer service, which they outsource to another company. I'll never be a customer of a big national bank like Bank of America again, getting transferred to a different departments half way across the country to handle a title issue. When you need your title from Heritage Trust, it's right in Summerville.

  I am done with Heritage. Twice now, I have called to let them know I would be traveling out of state to keep from my card being locked for fraud protection, and twice they have failed to make note and I have been stuck in abother state with NO way to get to my funds. The call center is a joke and can't help. So here I am, a 27 year old female, all alone, across the country from my bank, and they have locked my debit card until Monday. I can't pay for my rental car, can't pay for my hotel, can't pay for food, can't pay for an uber. and all they say is sorry, they can help you Monday. how do they not have an emergency number to call for situation so like this?? because now, I am left with no money for 2 days. Thanks. and I'll be closing my account when I get back to Charleston.
