- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Complete waste of time. Do not use this location! We drove an hour to get there only for them to tell us that they have no record of our appointment. Even after we showed them our text confirmation sent by them. So completely unprofessional. We left without having our taxes done, they told us they could reschedule us for another time after we both took time off from work. Even the complaint department was ZERO help, they'll get back to me in 7-10 days. Seriously??? Go ANYPLACE else...we certainly will NEVER use them or any H & R Block again.By britney stroever, July 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give zero stars I would. We went here to file our taxes since my husband and I just got married and he had a 1099 misc for his business. First of all, our appointment was supposed to take an hour. We were there for over 2 hours. And during that time, WE were correcting the mistakes of the lady putting in our taxes left and right. She was clueless. We tried to tell her about deductions my husband should have because of his business but again, she was clueless and couldn't seem to figure it out. She never did anything with my health savings account or my tax deductible charitable giving, both a substantial amount to have deducted. At the end of it all, we ended up owing over $2,000 and it was going to cost over $500 to file with them. Needless to say, we said no and walked out without filing. 2 hours wasted. We went somewhere else to have our taxes done and wouldn't you know, we only spent $100 to have them done AND we only owe $430. Bottom line, do not trust these guys with your taxes, ESPECIALLY if you have more complicated taxes to file. They will botch it. And if you do file them here, get the insurance so that if and when they make a mistake, they're responsible for it. We will never come back to h & r Block.
