- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have had an awful experience with them. Previously used an accounting firm that merged with them so this is my first year. Try as I might, I cannot get anyone there to actually call and speak with me. All e-mail. They expect you have a printer, a multipage scanner, and a never ending supply of paper. They increased their billing without telling me and when I asked why, I never received a reply. When I asked for confirmation of receipt of my forms, I never received a reply. When I asked for confirmation my taxes were being filed I never received a reply. When I called and asked to speak the the accountant who prepared my taxes, he was too busy.
